Jennifer Lopez just gave a whole new meaning to the the words "abs" and need we remind you all, she is 45-years-old and is one-time People's Most Beautiful Woman in the world?

The American Idol judge was photographed leaving a gym in West Hollywood in a tiny purple bra Thursday morning , showing off her washboard tommy and some incredible abs.

The "Maid In Manhattan" actress's physique looked so toned and ripped that fans would be confused if she's actually 45 or just 30.

It's obvious the singer was trying to draw fans' attention from her famous booty - which she just sang about - to her ability to work her abs to perfection as well.

                                     
Going by the photos, Jen was seen taking off her grey-coloured top outside the gym to flaunt her trimmed well-structured abs and it comes as no suprise that her ex, Sean 'Diddy' Combs described the singer's body as a 'work of art'.

The rapper gushed about the mother of two to Access Hollywood last week, despite them breaking up 15 years ago. He called the singer's famous derriere a work of art.

We'll bet its not only her butt, her entire body is God damn hot! Again... she's 45!!
