The reigning Miss World Zimbabwe, Emily Kachote, is in trouble waters and could lose her crown after her nude photos got leaked on social media.
Though the Miss Zimbabwe Trust has said it will not take any action on the 25-year-old Kachote after it emerged that her ex-boyfriend was responsible for the leak, there has been public outcry when the naked photos of the beauty queen made its way to social media, with many calling for her to be stripped of the crown as she does not possess the qualities of representing the country.

Responding to the outcry, Miss Zimbabwe Trust spokesperson, Tendai Chirau, said Kachote, who would represent Zimbabwe at the Miss World finals later this year, will not be dethroned over mere allegations of leaked nude photos but would do so if it is found out to be true.
The lady in the eye of the storm has, however, told a Zimbabwean tabloid, H-Metro, that she suspected the pictures would emerge but the incidence happened a long time ago.
She referred to a date with a man whose home she visited, saying:
“We had some drinks and I had no control over everything that happened that night. I no longer have anything to do with the guy.”
