Gambia's notorious dictator Yahya Jammeh has threatened to slit the throats of gay men living in the country,According to Vice news ,the 49-year-old president, who has ruled the country since 1994, was speaking during a tour stop last week in the country's North Bank Region when he delivered his latest inflammatory comments.
