Spiritualist in danger for defrauding man of N3.5m – Yinka Daudu, a 37-year-old man, who claimed as a spiritualist, is now in trouble for apparently stealing N3.5 million owned by a person Monday Jatau.
The accused was charged before a Shomolu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on charge of stealing N3.5 million from Jatau, under the pretext that he will solve his spiritual problem.
The prosecutor, Mr Thomas Muhammed, an Inspector of Police, told the court that the accused conspired with others, now at large, to steal the money, without offering solution to the complainant’s problem. Muhammed said the accused committed the offences on August 24, at 11.15 a.m. at No. 6, Adenekan Street, Bariga in Lagos.
