According to the Irish Examiner, Madonna’s son Rocco is reportedly embarrassed by his mother’s recent topless photos for Interview magazine. The 14-year-old boy is said to be “incredibly embarrassed” by the photos. Madonna struck quite a few provocative poses for the magazine’s December 2014/January 2015 issue, including baring her breasts in one photograph.
Rocco is mortified that his mum is still doing topless photo shoots,” a source told Heat magazine. However, Madonna’s 18-year-old daughter Lourdes is said to have loved the photos and given her 57-year-old mother the seal of approval.
Lola thinks it’s rad that her mom flaunts her stuff. She sees it as being all about feminism and celebrating strong women and the female form,” the source said, adding, that she believed her mother’s spread was “empowering.”
The source continued, “She is trying to convince Madonna to come and speak at one of her college lectures, covering women’s evolving image in pop culture.”
“Lola couldn’t be prouder and she tells Rocco to chill out.”
In the pop icon’s accompanying interview for the photos, she revealed that she had dabbled in drugs in the past and tried “every drug” at least once.
“It’s about how people take drugs to connect to God or to a higher power of consciousness. I keep saying ‘Plugging into the matrix.’ If you get high, you can do that, which is why a lot of people drop acid or do drugs, because they want to get closer to God. But there’s going to be a short circuit, and that’s the illusion of drugs, because they give you the illusion of getting to God, but ultimately, they kill you,'” she said.
“I mean, I tried everything once,” Madonna confessed. “But as soon as I was high, I spent my time drinking tons of water to get it out of my system. As soon as I was high, I was obsessed with flushing it out of me. I was like, ‘Okay, I’m done now.'”
