Breaking News: Amaechi Cries Out As Osibanjo Is Made Buhari's Running Mate

                                       
Having spent over N17 Billion in 10 months sponsoring APC in a bid to be made the VP, Amaechi's hope has been dashed as Tinubu - the owner of APC picks Professor Yemi Osibanjo as Buhair's running mate.

Amaechi's camp is devastated with this news. He has cried out on how APC has treated him according to one of his confidants who doesn't want his name in print. Everything Amaechi has asked APC, he has been refused. He asked for his candidate, Sam Jaja to be made the APC National Chairman, that was refused as John Oyegun was picked.



Amaechi was encouraged to show more financial commitment to the party if he wants to be made the VP. With this, he spent a huge sum of N17 billion in 10 months, only for Bola Tinubu to disappoint him and picked Osibanjo as Buhari's VP.

Amaechi together with APC Presidential aspirants such as Rochas Okorocha, Atiku Abubakar etc., were made to sign an undertaking never to grudge publicly.

Tinubu rejected all the candidates recommended by the APC's special adviser and Navigator, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, while Buhari was instructed to stay clear of the process of selecting his Vice Presidential candidate by their party's owner.

However, it will be recalled that Osibanjo - the BOT Chairman of RCCG was lead counsel to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar in his case petition against the election of Jonathan’s former boss, late President Umaru Yar'adua in which case he allegedly connived with Wole Olanipekun to rob Atiku Abubakar of his victory at the Supreme Court.

We later learnt that Osibanjo was to be seconded as Yar'adua's Chief Legal Consultant on the advice of Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is also instrumental to his present position.
