Adamawa: Boko Haram Renames Mubi 'Madinatul Islam'

                           
As a sign of its conquest, the Boko haram terrorist group have renamed Mubi in Adamawa state "Madinatul Islam".

According to PREMIUM TIMES, Aliyu Bala, one of the residents, who could not leave Mubi at the time of the invasion of the town by the insurgents, disclosed this in a telephone chat with journalists.

Four local governments in Adamawa state; Michika, Madagali, Mubi North and Mubi South have allegedly fallen under the grip of Boko Haram terrorists.

Madinatul Islam means the city of Islam.
