Again, over 10,000 members of the (APC) decamped to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in borno state, on Thursday, reports firstafricanews.
The House of Assembly PDP candidate of Shani, Alhaji Mohammed Tukur Ibrahim, who presented the 10,000 APC members that decamped to PDP, assured them that if given the mandate, the party would carry everybody along irrespective of tribe or religious affiliations.
Responding on behalf of the decampees, Alhaji Husaini Kale, a chieftain in the opposition party said, they chose to opt out of APC “due to the selfish interest and neglect of party supporters by governor Kashim Shettima”.
