Airforce Bombing Kills Over 420 Boko Haram Fighters In Damaturu
The non-stop Nigeria's Airforce bomber jets have successfully aerial-killed over 420 members of the Islamist terror group, Boko Haram as they re-grouped to launch another attack on Damaturu the Yobe State capital.
The arrival of new fighter Jets and attack Helicopters have been a waterloo for the Islamist fighters, mostly from Chad. Cameroon and Niger Republic. Intelligence information filtered into the town that the Islamist terrorists were regrouping at Garin Itace (firewood town) about 20km from Damaturu, to re-launch an attack on the town, but were stopped by Airforce jets which blew the terror-sect members into smithereen.
Nigerian Troops also in Konduga intercepted a Vehicle laden with Improvised Explosive Device (IED) for suicide mission, as more hideouts and escape routes of the Islamist have been blocked.
Almost all the villages under the terror group's occupation has been freed and the highly motivated Nigerian Troops going after the escaping Boko haram fighters
