God is at work as two children who were abducted from their Magodo home in Lagos have been returned to their parents after their maid kidnapped and held them hostage for 4 days.
2-year-old Rafael and 15-month old Michael Esharegaran, who were kidnapped on Sunday, December 7, were dropped off at a Police station in Sagamu, Ogun State after their parents paid a ransom of N2.5 million into a bank account.
The maid, Juliet, was hired via e-commerce platform, OLX, after the boys’ mother, Onajite Esharegharan, responded to a December 2 advert for a “humble housemaid.”
A source close to the family confirms to Pulse that the boys have been picked up by their parents and are now ‘safe and sound’.
