NORTH-EAST CIVILIAN 'JTF' GROUP KILLS OVER 30 BOKO-TERRORISTS MEMBERS IN FAILED ATTEMPT TO CAPTURE GUBIO, BORNO

                            
Over 30 boko-terrorists members were today, Thursday killed by civilian Joint Task Force (JTF) after the boko-terrorists tried to attack, Gubio Local Government Area of Borno State, reports TheNation.
It was gathered that, some gunmen using Hilux and motorcycles armed with Ak47 rifles, improvised explosive devices and petrol bombs were sighted in large numbers near Kareto by some vigilant people who alerted the youths from Gubio and Kateto.
                             
The youths it was gathered, mobilized immediately and confronted the insurgents head on,which resulted to over 30 boko terrorists members being killed.

Spokesman of Borno Elders Forum Engr. Bulama Mali Gubio who confirmed the incident to journalist said: ”It was a huge success as over 30 boko sect fighter who attempted to overrun Kareto, Gubio and other surrounding communities were killed by our volunteered youth.

Already, the affected areas are now calm as normal activities have since returned, he noted.
