    Masturbation can weaken your erection. According to a sex therapist, if you masturbate not long before sex, you may not get a very hard one. But if a guy hasn't masturbated for a long time, when he gets stimulated, there will be more blood flow to his penis  leading to a bigger erection.

    You body size affects your erection. The fitter you are, the better your erection. So an obese man is likely to have much weaker erection because he has much lower testosterone levels. So stay fit.

. A recent study found that some men really do have condom-related erection problems. With guys like that, there is need for more than a little stimulation before the boner gets to full potential.
